I am a Business Administrator graduated from EAESP/ FGV specialized in
Agribusiness and structuring of financial operations including negotiation with
public, private and development institutions, national and international. Wide performance
in agribusiness companies especially the coffee and Agroenergy sectors having
participated in several financial transactions, including IPO of Latinoamericana company on the NY Stock Exchange. In recent years I have been dedicated to the ESG market and
Sustainable Finance, consulting companies and financial institutions.
I participate in several initiatives such as LAB – Financial Innovation Laboratory where it is
member of the Financial Instruments WG and Verdes, and as a member
of the Agriculture Sub-Committee of the CBI – Climate Bonds Initiative, in Brazil.
I have 45 years of professional experience. I was, for 24 years, a collaborator and director of
Regional Cooperative of Coffee Growers in Guaxupé, Ltda – COOXUPÉ having acted
in several sectors of which the activities of the financial area stand out, where I
responsible throughout my career. I was Elected Director for 4 years and Director
Executive for more than 15 years. I quit in 2001 and was Managing Director of
COOPARAISO for 2 years. I followed as a consultant where I supported the development of
other cooperatives of coffee growers and the National Coffee Council, main
organization of coffee producers in Brazil. I joined ADECOAGRO in 2006,
sugar, ethanol, and energy producing company in Brazil, grains and milk in Argentina and
Uruguay. I organized the entire administrative and financial area of the company, in Brazil,
structured all credit lines for the implementation of 2 sugar, alcohol and
energy, with grinding capacity of 10 million tons, as well as all the
working capital operations with local and external resources. In addition I was the
responsible, in Brazil, for organizing all the work of the administrative and
financial for the IPO of the Holding, in the bols
from NY. I hung up in 2013 to be the CEO
of the RVM Group, a family business with various activities such as distribution of
fuel, coffee production in southern MG, and soybean and livestock production in the MS,
remaining until 2018. In 2018 I took over the coordination of the Coffee Department of
Brazilian Rural Society and, in 2019, I joined PROACTIVA, consultancy
specialized in ESG, Sustainability and Human Rights with the mission of
develop the Sustainable Finance area. In May 2022 I joined the
DATAGRO, the largest agricultural consulting company in Brazil, where I work in the
development of activities in the coffee sector and structuring of operations
capital market finance, in particular for FIAGRO VECTIS DATAGRO
(VCRA11). Over the years I participated in several “pro bono” activities such as
Presidency of the Educational Foundation of Guaxupé and the Brotherhood of the
Guaxupé. I graduated in Business Administration from FGV in SP.
