Teacher at ETFP between 1970 and 1974 to set up the electrotechnics course. In 1974 he was Deputy Director of the school.

In January 1975, he started Koblitz Engenharia, which became Koblitz Energia in 1979. They operate throughout Brazil and in Latin American and African countries. They had around 800 employees, including around 100 engineers. In 2008 they sold 70% to the French nuclear energy company AREVA and in 2011 the other 30%. From then on, they focused on making power plants for themselves and/or for companies in which they participated, and they have done so to this day.
