Responsible for developing RenovaBio, the current national policy for the renewable sector at the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME).

Coordinated the National Irrigation Policy, supporting the creation of a management system for irrigated agriculture, coordinating various agencies in the sector, supporting private initiative and small farmers at the Ministry of National Integration (MI).
