He graduated in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Brasília (UnB) in 2003, with an Executive MBA with an emphasis on Marketing and Management from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in 2005. He was a Senior Consultant at Accenture and has been a civil servant since 2010. He worked as a Tax Analyst at the General Coordination of Planning, Development and Institutional Evaluation (COPAV) of the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB). He joined the Ministry of Economy as a Planning and Budget Analyst in 2011, working for the Secretariat for Planning and Strategic Investments.
