Specialist in economic modeling and analysis, market intelligence for the agricultural sector and certification benchmarking. He has coordinated projects and studies to support the biofuels sector on the potential of raw materials for biofuel production in Brazil, food vs. fuel, environmental and socio-economic impacts of biofuel production.

Responsible for the grain module in the BLUM (Brazlian Land Use Model) model that classified sugarcane ethanol as an “advanced” biofuel in RFS2. She holds a Master’s degree in International Trade from the Carlos III University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (ESALQ / USP) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the São Paulo State University (UNESP).
