Pedro has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking and in private investing.

He has conducted buy-side and sell-side assignments, across several sectors and has invested in companies through several structures. At AMERRA, Pedro focuses on the food and agriculture sectors, originating and implementing investments across the capital structure.

Pedro is closely involved with portfolio companies and partners with management teams to ensure successful outcomes for all parties.

Previously, Pedro worked in M&A at Haitong Bank (former Espirito Santo Investment Bank), executing both buy and sell side equity transactions across several sectors, including technology, infrastructure, agribusiness, food, and O&G among others.

He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and an bachelors degree in industrial engineering from PUC-RIO. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
